Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select “Request Return” for relevant order
  4. Complete return form and print label
  5. Package items securely and ship

Return Costs
Standard returns: $7.95 (deducted from refund)
Free returns for:

  • Faulty or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Quality issues

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection within 3-5 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Email confirmation sent
  • Allow 5-10 days for bank processing

International Returns
Additional requirements for international returns:

Return Authorization
Returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Quality Inspection
All returns undergo quality inspection. Items not meeting return standards will be returned to customer at their expense.

Store Credit Option

Holiday Returns
Extended return period for holiday purchases:

  • Items purchased November 1 – December 24
  • Eligible for return until January 31

Gift Returns

Partial Returns
